I'm Back!

Hmm. . . I think I have used that line before. . .

Well folks, let me tell you, the last week has not be any fun.  I caught the flu, crud, mealch, or whatever you want to call it, and it was NOT fun!  I am still recovering.  No, it wasn't respiratory.  It started off with the stomach stuff, then came the chills and fever, then the aches, then the headaches.  For a solid week, I hardly left my bed.  In fact, I had to reschedule a "photo shoot" on Saturday because I just couldn't get raise my head off the pillow.

I am finally feeling somewhat human again, although I still feel really tired and weak.  I do feel very fortunate however, because I have heard that a couple of my friends wound up in the hospital with this stuff. 

I was able to make it to a business lunch today.  Since I had to put on my "war paint" and "dress" for the occasion, I decided to take a few selfies.  I need to put a picture of me on my website.  So, this is one of the shots.  I took a lot of really serious shots, but I still looked sick in them.  I also added a silly smirk (J was telling jokes behind the camera) to extra photos. 

I hope you have all been well.  I am looking forward to catching up soon.  And hopefully, nothing else will befall me any time soon.
