The Royal Palace, Edinburgh Castle

My sister won two tickets to Edinburgh Castle so we went there this afternoon. It was heaving, but then I suppose tourist season has begun. I much prefer sightseeing when there's not too many other people who are trying to do the same!

As well as going to the castle, I went to my Grandparents' for lunch to celebrate my Grandad's birthday, and for dinner I met up with some of the girls from small group at Henderson's on Hanover Street. It was great fun seeing them and catching up with everyone. They had someone playing live piano music while we ate, which I enjoyed.
