An options trader connection was able to introduce
us to the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. Needless
to say the security procedures took longer than the
visit ! There was little of the shouting of the trades
we had expected as the traders sit glued to up to
six screens. There was some interaction as one
trader shouted out a price to his colleagues. It was
the same old strategy - buy low enough to get a margin
and have the sale lined up before you buy !
