The National Piping Centre

I reckon if you asked most folk they would assume the centre of excellence for bagpipe study would be in Edinburgh. In fact it's in Glasgow.

The main reason for blipping the centre is the building itself. Presumably it's Victorian. The reason I've blipped it is that, across the dual carriageway in front of the high flats in view, there's an identical building. 

I think there was probably a row of these beautiful building and that over time some have been demolished.
