Daughter Chef

We're preparing for a BBQ tomorrow for dear daughter's birthday. So we were off to the butcher's and as an antidote to the prospect of meat tomorrow, we decided to have Moules Frites for dinner tonight.

The experience from working in food prep on her work experience stood her in good stead for debearding the mussels.
