Any port in a storm

For the past couple weeks, we have had wave after wave of storms pass through our part of the world.  We had been in such a severe drought that some of our lakes were dangerously close to being dry.  Now they are flooding.  Hopefully, it will all end soon and we can get on with our long hot summer.

Here you  can see a bike marking the territory of a homeless person who is trying to keep dry by  staying in the pedestrian portion of the  bridge.  There is another person's things closest to me.  The guy walking is neither bridge resident.
