Moody cow shot

A bit of a dull, grey morning when I went for my walk today, so nothing really jumped out as a suitable blip-subject. These cows were a mix of standing and lying, which I guess means they were predicting intermittent showers.

This evening we ventured out en famille for pizza and a trip to the pictures (the girl child hates it when I call it that - it betrays my age, apparently) to see Pitch Perfect 2. It proved to be a hit with the whole family - almost as much as the original. 

And now, thank heavens, the weekend stretches before us. Tomorrow will be a lazy day, followed by the Eurovision. And then Sunday, it's a trip to Newry for Mme Tepeka and I so that she can fulfil a last-minute desire to run in the Newry Marathon. She is, officially, obsessed.
