Heartfelt and wholesome

Spent a lovely afternoon with a guest in my house; baked these oatmeal biscuits to have with cheese whilst she did some work. Will head into town later and hand over my guest to her next host. Will have these biscuits with old friends on Monday when we will share a birthday feast!
