Ladybird,ladybird, fly away home

I had a close encounter with this ladybird today when I was sitting in the garden, it flew straight into my face and hit my forehead with surprising force. It seems to have survived though and managed to walk along the stripe on the chair.
It's a proper British 7 spot ladybird and not one of those dreadful harlequin ladybird invaders who are taking over.
