Early walk

I woke at 4am and really wanted to get up and see what the day was like. I persuaded myself to sleep a little more or I would pay for it later. I got up just before 7am and while the family was sleeping I went for a slow and quiet walk in the woods. It was a lovely morning and at last starting to get a little warmer here.

Saturday morning football was followed by a lazy afternoon doing some gardening and reading a book. Now I am off out to a piano warming party. I am told we have a young Belgian who will be "tickling the ivories" and maybe some singing. I am interested to see what it is like but I will be leaving before I have to sing......that is the plan anyway.
