Busy but good day today.

2hr yoga class then more yoga as about 20 of us had volunteered to take part in a photo shoot for the studio. There was flapjacks, tea, laughter, singing, wobbling, hugs, friends, sun salutations, down dogs and pigeons.

Then home to wage war on the ivy.
