Saying goodbye

A chance to say our goodbyes to a friend and fellow allotment holder and member of the Tai Chi group.  Our thoughts are with her partner who hadn't been expecting this additional complication to her illness.  We all thought she was coping with the cancer treatment and getting better.

Leaving the Grenoside Crematorium we headed north and the start of our own holiday on the northern edge of the North York Moors.  The weather just got better as we drove and we enjoyed the scenery around the western and northern edges of the moor.  An evening meal at the Fox and Hounds and then unpacking and sleep.  It feels good to be back.
