...sit long - talk much.
I have had this hanging on a cupboard for ages - I can't remember where it came from.

Fred suffered last night - suffice it to say it featured being in the bathroom as a big part of the night. We put it down to the clams in the Spaghetti alle Vongole he ate as no one else was troubled (apart from yours truly losing a bit of sleep due to the nocturnal comings and goings).
He was fragile most of the day but managed a rice dish this evening. 

Very quiet day. The boys went for eye tests (new glasses ordered for Alex) and I had a very lazy day mostly in front of computers and telly screens - hence sitting long... and discussed patio plans and sundry other things (talk much).
