Trilogy

I didn't mean for this to happen but have ended up blipping a food trilogy. On Sunday we had roast chicken, then last night I cooked a huge spaghetti squash, which I ate this evening for dinner.

Having never eaten it before I was a little sceptical but it turned out quite well. Served it with parsley and walnut pesto and some leftover roast chicken
