Despite a three hour journey to his this morning I had a great day/evening with him.  Can't remember the last time it was just the two of us.  Tea and a chat, followed by a shopping trip to John Lewis In Reading where I bought a pair of size 16 work trousers which fit!!!  Then it was time for Simon to have more food, he tends to eat about seven times a day to support the exercise he does, running and cycling, plus a coffee, then back for some more chat and tea, I had one of my bars, he had duck breast with mash potatoes and green veg.  Better drive home, just over 90 minutes and that included a stop to pick up a coffee.

Not only did I buy the trousers I bought myself some sandals with heels!! and they aren't black!!

I left Simon about to have a big bowl of cereal followed by an early night before a 60  mile bike ride in the morning.  I think he does enough exercise for both of us :-)
