Stretched

Amelia and her class have been doing body stretch with their teacher before class recently.

Mentioned my back was tight this morning and I ended up getting a crash course in yoga.

Gotta say it worked a treat.

Made us both super relaxed though. This meant a lazy day followed.

Two movies and tea at Cosmo.

Did manage to get a mess about in Leigh woods though. A lot of people had the same idea...
