A wonderful day of distraction.

Today was a brilliant day. My friends came to my rescue to take me out and distract me. One appeared at my flat to drag me to a café for lunch (I forgot my camera!) and two more took me to the beach for the rest of the afternoon and evening - with our dogs :) It completely distracted me from my day yesterday and made me feel incredibly grateful for having friends like these.
