Beacon

Following a full day of festivities on the Gala Field in our Village- It's a knockout, Human Table Football, free inflatables, disco, brass band and fireworks display- the Staining Beacon was lit at 10.15pm. Over 4200 Beacons were lit across the United Kingdom, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Commonwealth and Overseas UK Territories in celebration of The Queen's Diamond Jubilee on Monday 4th June. History was made and we were very happy to be a part of it.
