The Buck

this is a wild area, once full of crofts and people, now , just ruins, poor land, a few farms, but a haven for wildlife and flowers. Today there was a biting wind blowing from the west, which cut short my walk, as that was the direction I was headed! Decided it was silly to keep struggling to fight into the teeth of a gale for pleasure!Went down to the Dava Way to pick lilac in the sun!
