Push and pull @KandESRailway
The Wealden Pullman being pulled by 32678, a Terrier built in 1878, and pushed by 30065, a US tank engine built during the Second World War, up the bank towards Cranbrook Road level-crossing on the way to Tenterden Town station.
While I was there I popped into Tesco for some English mustard for the cheese sauce to go on the cauliflower. I was stunned to see apples from Chile. Chile! This is Kent - we grow apples here! I couldn't find any English apples but plenty from France and some from South Africa. How this makes sense is beyond me.
