Everyone has been off doing exciting stuff today. Kids went off with my parents early this morning to visit Liverpool, via Chester zoo. Anna had plans to see a red panda. Jack was looking forward to the hotel and breakfast tomorrow...

Chris enjoyed another day refereeing and then sightseeing. He tells me it's not a holiday...

I slept late, watched Hamilton robbed of a Monaco win, then Newcastle salvage their season at the last gasp. Now working my way through a couple of movies. Tomorrow may be more exciting, with Middlesbrough in the playoff final - or it might not! Said with the resignation of a boro fan who's seen it all before...
