Ground Elder - 1 , Fork - 0

Him Outdoors has taken on the annual Ground Elder battle today and has made pretty good headway with only the one casualty.
I ventured back to spin this morning, despite the medical advice to the contrary. Think the stitches held up pretty well though!
Detox day has meant Cous cous for tea, and an early bedtime with Ginger Green Tea. Very wholesome!
