Tenement blues

Brunch today with friends N and M. N is expecting a baby in August and we spent a long time discussing the complex issues around personal status, citizenship, immigration and language when the parents each have two citizenships, are not married but are in what one might call a 'durable relationship', and live in a third state.

M had been blipping, but stopped over the 'grey revolution'. We were encouraging him to go back to the 'photo-a-day' (or at least as often as you feel like it), wherever he chooses to post them.

Meanwhile, Mr A seems to be getting into Instagram. Now that's one social media obsession I can well do without.
