Walked Bradford Millennium Way Circular Number One this morning - in the company of WilsdenWalker - Mr Yorkshirebred - and R - at quite a brisk pace - although it appears that R hopped some of of it

Good walk - then into local pub for a refreshing brew - to meet Yorkshirebred - who was entitled to free drink - it was her birthday

Day finished with curry with M and C - excellent way to spend a Sunday
