Confusion

This is one of the entrances to Dubai Mall.
It's the bottom of the car park, but rather than ground floor it is level 1.
The car park doesn't have a ground floor, but the mall does.
The ground floor of the mall is actually level 3 of the car park.
You see a lot of people getting out if lifts and then getting straight back in because they have ended up on the wrong floor.
