Swans

Almost the classic heart shape from the swans, thank you... Went out to feed the birds, there were a lot of ducklings and goslings.

We were chatting to a lady who was also feeding them and we found to our horror that the duckling mortality rate is huge, they are targeted by magpies and are stolen from the parents.

The lady also told us a story of a Pike in the lake taking one of the small ducklings!
