Quiet day, no obligations - so chose a couple of recipes from the cookbook S&P so thoughtfully offered me while ago: griddled pear and blue cheese salad, tartines with roasted tomato and mint pesto... Was a delicious  change from my usual rather uninspired-yet-healthy fare...
