World Environment Day!

World Environment Day:5th June, 2012
There was an engrossing presentation today by the Environment Department of the Bhilai Steel Plant in the evening. ED(Works) graced the occasion. The presentation accounted for the steps being taken by our organization and the future challenges it is going to face and the blue print to successfully overcome those challenges.
'We must mobilize partnerships needed to shift world onto a more sustainable trajectory of growth and development'--- Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon.

On this occasion Slogan, Essay and Photography competitions were organized and ED(Works) was pleased to give away the prizes to the winners - the theme being - Green Economy-does it include you?
