Oh what would Mrs Beeton have thought?

We came across this amazing original Mr Beeton's Cookery Book yesterday. How things have changed in the kitchen today. Wonderful illustrations, both colour and black and white, and full of adverts and hints. Just looking around the kitchen and everywhere you look there is modern equipment, including this NutriBullet blender. Not to mention the microwave, the electric hob, the electric carving knife........
