Best if they have it!

A common feature on the Talyllyn these days, Driver Experience trains.   For a fee, you can have a half day or full day driving a steam train.  Not difficult to see why it is so popular here :-)

Spent some time today with a friend who we had not seen for a few years.  They have moved into an old cottage just around the corner from where we stay.  Beautiful house, interesting (and extensive) gardens, great company ..... and a lovely lunch.  A good day.
