Grey Day - New View DSCF9087
Today was grey, with overtones of mist. It wasn’t particulary cold, about 10° C, and very little wind, but somehow it felt really freezing! Not a day when you felt “I must get out for a walk!”
However Jan came home from work, and suggested we get ourselves out there, so we did.
Again, we were walking a new path to see where it went. It came up from “our” lake and alongside an area where an autumn storm blew down a whole area of trees. When the trees were cleared this view opened up, looking down over the lake to the farms.
Eventually the path came back to the real road and we walked home. At 4,5 km it didn’t quite fulfil my daily goal but it’ll do.
