RADIOACTIVE SEA WEED?

We were exploring along the jetty rocks again, at low tide.  The sun was bright   When a small wave came in it caused this seaweed under the water to move, and when it did it made these fab bright blue lights.  I'll add another.  I have never seen this before,m and I have not looked it up yet.  But it is real cool.
