Today Mike and I went to the festival of the flags.
Nearly 2,000 people attend the annual Festival of Flags and Memorial Day Remembrance Ceremony, hosted at Greenacres Memorial Park, each year. More than 1,700 donated flags are flown in memory of local veterans during this time to gather and honor our nation's fallen military heroes.
