Fifty-Seven Again

R, as I've said before, is a neighbour second-to-none. Great bloke.

He's having to dig the foundations for his new extension by hand. Why? Apparently number 59 had built their extension foundations nearly a metre over on his side and if he'd used a digger, their house would have fallen down.
