Hummingbird Unidentified

This little hummer has white legs, throat and belly. The top of its head is also white. Its back and top of tail is emerald green. Also has white bars on the wings. Can't seem to capture the top of its head for proof of the white top. I have been trying to identify this bird but cannot find it in any of my manuals.
Will keep trying to get a good blip of the top of its head.
