The K&A tow path was much quieter this morning now the holiday weekend is over. 

Another very enjoyable day at Alzheimer's support. It is a joy to be a part of such a happy club!

On the way home I popped into to see my friend who lost her mum yesterday. Even though I have only recently been bereaved, it is still difficut to know what to say. However, she could be frank with me and so we talked about the nitty gritty of witnessing a death. My heart breaks for her. 

The moon was obvious in a blue sky this evening. I have used auto enhance so my second photo is artificially (very) blue and a hercules airplane kept circling above.
