Quality Time

In the sun with grandson James.
We had been booked to look after Eve and Euan for a while as Ali was going to see an old friend.
After lunch, Fiona and James popped in to join the party and grandpa got the chance to feed him as well as have a little cuddle in.
The sun was shining and the garden is a little sun trap but that westerly breeze was still, shall we say, cooling.
Later, MaggieD and I took a run up the Carron valley, parked up at the side of the big reservoir and were rewarded with a pair of ospreys patrolling over the water. We also saw heron, kestrels and swifts among many others.
