Nice day for a stroll

I went to the cinema today to see that new not-an-Alien movie. The only screening that was showing the 2D version was at seven in the evening and when I got there it was clear that I hadn't been the only one holding out for the gimmick-free variety. The queue was enormous, so I backed away quietly and went home. A bit anti-social, perhaps, but I like films for their atmosphere and that's a delicate thing, easily punctured by crowds of half-cut students on a bank-holiday come down.

It can wait. I can wait. I'll have to wait, I guess.

In other news, it rained. Bummer.
