Starflower, aka Borage

It's about time I blipped this, as I'm a big fan of the plant's oil. I take the capsules every day (it's a bit like Evening Primrose oil, but with more GLA). It was on the back step, bit of a blurry shot as something was moving. Possibly me, swaying.

I got up as per usual. but lacked the oomph to keep going, so went back to bed at lunchtime. I have the lurgy that Steve had, with aches and pains and a stuffy nose. Complete inability to just sleep it out, however. Luckily, one of Steve's friends brought us a food parcel this morning, and later Steve went out to buy Lemsip, and a curry!

I've postponed my plans for the rest of the week, which immediately made me feel 50% better! Clearly I am not supposed to have a social life at all.

Tomorrow will be different. So I tell myself. I hope I'm able to get out and enjoy the sunshine, if it is as lovely as it was today.
