Jubilee

When I was wee my granny had a copy of this Ladybird book in her house for me to read when I visited. I have always loved it. In particular I loved the little girl in the yellow dress - the blonde in the pale blue always smacked of being a goody two shoes. I have long coveted the yellow dress. The birthday tea spread looked tip top, complete with glace cherries and other sure signs of glamour.
How pleased was I then to find this cup in TK Maxx. I felt it had been left just for me.

I can only hope Queenie's jubilee parties have been as much fun, and as glam.
