Beach dinner

Bruce built a fire on the beach in a wee nook, filled the pit with charcoal and placed a huge stainless steel grill over the top.

At the side we had a separate area for the Potjie Pot (a South African cooking pot made of cast iron) which goes straight into the fire. In this we did Chicken onions peppers and mexican spices. Also cooked spiced noodles and a potato rosti followed by BBQ'ed bananas with chocolate
