Lots happening

here on the Cromarty Firth. There is still snow on Wyvis and still cold, lowering clouds and then rain, platforms waiting to be refurbished,  and I'm bird watching, having been walking looking for dragonflies without hope of success, as there was no sun. However, it was pleasant and the Little grebe was on the lochan with it's chicks. While I was at the lochan , a cuckoo flew over. They are poor fliers and look as though they could crash at any moment, like ungainly pigeons. There were also Crested Tits in the woods.
