Waltham Forest

I went to Waltham Forest Town Hall today for a meeting and this is the view looking towards the High Street. Our meeting was in the Council Chamber and the building is undergoing some refurbishment which was rather loud. I felt sorry for the reception staff who had to put up with pneumatic drills working behind them. Surprisingly they had no ear defenders but them how do you answer the phone or enquiries wearing them!
