well i have tried to as little as poss lol i think it worked 

cuppa on front this afternoon and Keith said there nearly charged him £700 and we only had two cups of tea kit kat and a packet of crisps

then this evening Keith was doing his first 5k and his time was 33 mins which was good for the first time 

This was his number not where he came i was going to take his medal but there seemed not to get one
