Somethings are worth the wait.

From starting to mix this sourdough to getting the finished loaves out of the oven was about 24 hours.

I had intended to bake the bread before work this morning but I managed to not set the automatic timer on the oven correctly (I tried to set it to heat the oven up before I got up this morning).

So I left the dough in the fridge and baked the bread after work. It is delicious.
