Red Ant

I thought it was time for another MayMacroMayhem entry.  There were hundreds of these in and on a big hill but I noticed this one away from the others.  By the time I realized why, it was too late to capture it.  He was carrying a dead comrade away from the hill.  He left it a distance away and turned back to rejoin the community as I captured this shot.  I'm never sure if it really qualifies as macro if it's cropped but I tagged it just in case.  :-)
I have my girls' dinner tonight.  Four of us who used to work together meet for dinner every month and always have a great time.  I'm afraid I won't have time to visit any journals today unless I get home early but I'll catch up tomorrow.
