Planning in the rain

I'm gradually discovering how thrill-filled the life of a borough councillor can be.

I was wearing my substitute planning committee member's hat today, standing in the rain taking photographs to illustrate whether or not a proposed mobile phone mast would obstruct the vision of drivers exiting this junction (probably not in this case, but there may be other issues).

Then off to deliver some slightly damp leaflets to the electors.
