Start the day with an egg.

One of the things I do differently at the caravan to home is that I often start the day with a cooked breakfast.
I love eggs cooked every possible way, usually on toast, especially poached or scrambled.
So it is always a treat to visit a local shop here where you can buy the prettiest and tastiest eggs around.
There are numerous reasons why I like them:
-they are free range
-they come from a variety of hens
-the colour of their shells, varied and beautiful,my favourite is the pale blue
-their yolks are bright orange
-they come in sevens!
- one for every day of the week
