Avalon

Not being one to sit around doing nothing I started working at Bayard Cutting Arboretum today. It's a state park out east on Long Island. A tremendously beautiful place. I'll mostly be gardening and doing whatever tasks they assign me but I'm very excited.

Today was the best possible day to start working since they took us on a "field trip" to tour some other beautiful gardens on the Island and gave us free food. Not a bad day at all.
