Pie

Oh dear, I was home all day and didn't find a blip. However this fish pie made by Steve, with fresh dill and samphire is definitely worthy.

I must find and buy samphire more often too.

I realise I should have reformed a nice neat edge for the pie in the serving dish, but perhaps the effect of spoons dishing up can be forgiven.
